7. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By using our paid services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service and Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "IDEAS2CODE" or "GETAPPT"
• You can manage your subscription, payment methods, and view invoices through the Stripe-powered billing portal accessible from your account settings
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Experience occasional downtime due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Intellectual Property
